I purchased a completed spec home in August 2025. We also considered building from the ground up. One of the main reasons we liked Woodland Homes so much, is they let you customize your home. The sky is the limit for what you want/allowed to change. Many builders won't let buyers make any changes or customizations. Woodland Homes let's a buyer have the ability to design a home that ultimately works best for them and how you operate/function in your home. The attention to the little details is something I really appreciated. There is no such thing as a perfect builder or a perfect home, but my home is perfect for my family's needs.

We had an excellent experience with building our dream home with Woodland Homes! There’s no home build without issues but Jawana (Realtor for Bellawoods) and Gabe (construction manager) were very attentive to us and what we wanted in a home. There wasn’t a time when I had a question or concern that it wasn’t answered or addressed VERY quickly. As soon as we met Gabe we knew he truly wanted to do a great job on our house. He cares about the quality of his work and the work of his team. The incentives allowed us to get things in a home we normally wouldn’t get. The craftsman series homes also come with a lot of extras like built ins and barn doors in some of the models. We actually would consider this experience even fun! I can’t say enough about how helpful Jawana was during the experience. Bonus: the home was complete just about right when expected.
