Mr. Champion came to our home gave us our options in a very friendly and professional manner. Gave us options and even said if we provided the dogey door they could install in within the kick plate at no additional costs. Gave us a window of 3-4 weeks compared to others who were saying 6+ weeks. Even got a color to match our trim that wasn't even on his examples. The very next week we got a call from Caleb and they came by to take a look at what they needed one a friday to ensure they had it all, they were out the next Wednesday and worked very hard. The patio looks great. 5 days later Caleb gave me a call saying he wanted to stop by and adjust the door a bit for me. I hadn't even asked for them to come by so this was a WOW moment for me.
