The Dr was fine, and the experience was fine for the most part. The tech that helped was great. But the receptionists really make the experience lack luster. I've visited several times, and they just aren't attentive to guests. They hold their own conversations and do not seem to care about people who walk through the front door. A little care goes a long way. Everything else was great.

Husband and I came here for exams and glasses. They were amazing, professional and really helped my husband with his first pair of glasses. Worked with our insurance to make sure we got the most out of our allowance. Josh was amazing with all the questions my husband had and really took the time to explain all the options and help him decide what to get. We actually had finished ordering our glasses and the optometrist asked to see my husband again cuz she noticed his eyes were really dry. She ran an extra test and recommended a course of action that I really felt like was above and beyond. Made us feel like she really cares about his eye health.
