After seeing these reviews I feel that I should share my experience. I had a great time visiting Specs of Madison and would recommend it to anyone who needs an eye exam. All-in my exam was around $100 out of pocket (no insurance) which is cheaper than other places I've seen in the area. My exam was performed by in-person staff, not the weird tele-health thing so many eye centers are changing to. I feel that all of my needs were met and attended to by the staff. When I said I wasn't interested in buying frames I wasn't harassed or pushed into it at all. 10/10 would recommend

The Dr was fine, and the experience was fine for the most part. The tech that helped was great. But the receptionists really make the experience lack luster. I've visited several times, and they just aren't attentive to guests. They hold their own conversations and do not seem to care about people who walk through the front door. A little care goes a long way. Everything else was great.
