I had a nice chat with Shawn, who is a co-owner. He helped me get some prices out there that would help me negotiate with my existing crawlspace company. He didn’t have to do that and I really think it speaks highly of this company’s integrity I will look at doing business with them in the future.

Southern Crawl Space was incredibly professional and I am beyond thrilled with how our crawlspace looks. Our home inspection revealed extreme standing water in the crawlspace requiring a sump pump, and we were concerned with the humidity level as well. Originally we were going to encapsulate our crawlspace and was quoted over $20k. We reached out to Southern Crawl Space, I spoke with Phillip and he was very informative about an alternative to encapsulation that is cheaper and longer lasting. They sprayed and sealed my crawl space to stop fungus growth.. The folks who came out to do mine were professional. Enjoyed to talking with them. They were up front about everything including price. Very highly recommend
