Teresa, Cora, Megan and Brittany all did a terrific job for us. Once we were ready to sell, we wanted to move quickly and the T-Rex team got it done even though the market had softened. Communication was excellent, the photos were professional, the listing highlighted the best features of the property, and closing went smoothly. We could not ask for anything more.

Teresa Rexing and Lisa Elliot were absolutely awesome. They came highly recommended from one of my oldest friends that moved to Madison in mid 2021. And, as we were out of state buyers they bent over backwards to make things work smoothly for us. I honestly cannot say enough about the great job the whole team at T-Rex and Associates did for my family.

My family had a primary residence in Madison for about 20 years. When I left this area to go to college, my parents tried to sell the house and moved to a different city. However, they struggled to find a buyer for several years so we had to rent out our house for past 8 years. There were at least 4 different realtors who tried to sell the house but none of them brought us any potential buyers. All the realtors told us to spend money on repair this and that.
