Legacy needs to add speed bumps in their communities. We live in one with a main entrance road. It’s straight, most residents treat it like a drag way. It is only a matter of time before someone’s child is hit by a car and killed. It’s impossible to get anything done with the HOA because the builder is still in control of the community. There has been no meetings. They just take out money every year and we get no benefits. Beware of moving into one of these communities.

DON'T BUY FROM LEGACY!
Our lot was flat and level with the road in the beginning, then they dug it out and Our house is sitting in a hole. We have had drain issues and now are having foundation problems. Looking now at about 14k worth of problems we have, only been in the house for 3 years. This wonderful design and build process was a joke!
