I’ve rented from Lampiasi Property Management for the past two years and have had a great experience. Terry Lampiasi is straightforward, professional, and extremely responsive anytime something comes up. It’s rare to find a property manager who communicates this well and truly cares about keeping things running smoothly. I’ve felt taken care of as a tenant, and I hope to continue working with them for years to come. Highly recommend!
We moved to Madison, AL from out of state and rented a house form Lampiasi. Teri was wonderful in getting our approval taken care of expeditiously and move in was very smooth. When we arrived the house was impeccably clean, fresh paint cleaned carpets and floors and everything worked very well. During a career change and significant move, this was a very positive highlight and much appreciated!
Terry is BEYOND amazing. My air went out and in less than 12 hours, she got someone out there and it was immediately fixed!
The timing of her responses, her urgency to solve any and all problems, and her care for your family is unmatched! She’s by far the best landlord i’ve ever had! thankful for you.
