I’ve rented from Lampiasi Property Management for the past two years and have had a great experience. Terry Lampiasi is straightforward, professional, and extremely responsive anytime something comes up. It’s rare to find a property manager who communicates this well and truly cares about keeping things running smoothly. We moved to Madison, AL from out of state and rented a house form Lampiasi. Teri was wonderful in getting our approval taken care of expeditiously and move in was very smooth. When we arrived the house was impeccably clean, fresh paint cleaned carpets and floors and everything worked very well. During a career change and significant move, this was a very positive highlight and much appreciated!

I HIGHLY recommend you do not use this company. We looked into renting one of the properties they manage. We have outstanding credit and rental history.
The communication from the agent was a bit poor but no problem. The problem is that we paid all the fees, we got confirmation after we applied that we were approved, and at the final moment they denied us and decided to not rent it to us so that they can rent it to someone else.
The rent we have been paying in our current place, which we have lived in for over 2 years, is MORE than the house we were interested in, so it was all very puzzling.
We still don't know what the exact amount was that we were off by or what the exact discrepancy was. The communication was a bit frantic and rushed so we were left confused during the process, and absolutely crushed at the end.

Terry is BEYOND amazing. My air went out and in less than 12 hours, she got someone out there and it was immediately fixed! The timing of her responses, her urgency to solve any and all problems, and her care for your family is unmatched! She’s by far the best landlord i’ve ever had! thankful for you.
