I had developed a couple of chronic pain areas in my lower extremities in the last few years that were persistent and never went away on their own even with some at-home physical therapy exercises. After getting a longer intense massage that focused on that region, both of those issues are almost entirely gone. I can't believe this is all I had to do in order to mitigate them to the point where they aren't daily problems any longer, but I am very thankful for the benefits I got out of this. I will be sure to come by periodically in the future so that I can prevent any reintroductions of issues like this.

I had such a wonderful experience at Journey Massage, truly one of the most professional and relaxing places I’ve been. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming, making it easy to unwind right away.
I’ve had massages from Brittany, Bella, and Anastasia, and each one was absolutely fantastic. They all have their own unique style, but every experience has been equally amazing. I highly recommend Journey for both your massage and chiropractic needs. Everyone cares about your health concerns and does their best to provide the best care possible. Every massage therapist that I have experienced has been great- always asking about your preferences and areas of concern. They are considerate of your time and comfort level. Great experience every time.
