I have just recently signed up & let me share the experience thus far at this location .
Serena/Chase - customer service amazing. They answered my many questions and help me get signed up for the free trial. They even gave me great recommendations on where to start, after I told them my goal, which was the Hot Stretch.
At the free trial - Serena walked me through step by step, she made sure I was comfortable & had the towels & mat needed, preparing me for what was to come. She checked in to see how it was going & talked with me after to see how I felt.

I went for an intro class, Serena welcomed me and walked me through the studio. Her customer service is top notch and so sweet, I really appreciate her thoroughness as she explained everything. My first impression of this fitness boutique is that it’s welcoming and so cosy, definitely a great place to work hard to get your goals! I signed up and I’m so excited to begin my journey here. I also met Grace who is lovely as well, both Serena and grace are very professional! Thank you!
I had been interested in trying Hotworx but didn’t know much about it. I heard the Madison/Clift Farm location was under new ownership/management so decided to give it a try. I have never enjoyed working out until Hotworx!! I love the flexibility and how easy it is to book sessions in the app. I also love that it’s open 24/7 so I can book a session whenever I want. It’s in a great, safe location and has in-app access for unlocking the door which is awesome.
