We had a broken patio door that broke due to gust of winds. Once we received Nathan's number from Legacy Homes we reached out to get this fixed. Unfortunately, from there on out it was all downhill. Nathan never responded and was never clear on what the pricing would be (hefty) and also never had a decisive date on when to fix the patio door.In the end we ended up fixing it ourselves. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company.Service: Patio construction

I'm retracting my previous not so gratifying statement I made about Home One. Was there an issue with how our gutter was done, absolutely. But, there was also an issue with communication between contractor, subcontractor and what was conveyed to us the client. Nonetheless, Mr. Harbison provided us a resolution for a complex matter. For that, I appreciate his follow through and making sure the gutter was repaired to satisfaction for rainy days. It took nearly 9 months for resolve but the issue has been resolved. Thank you Home One and team.
