“I made the call to have Thompson look at an issue that I was having with a small section of my roof. To my surprise, Jackson arrived just a few hours later to inspect and give free estimate. Job was quoted and scheduled within a week. Excellent response! The day of the repair, Carl arrived and was ready to knock it out. Listened to my issue and was very knowledgeable. He reassured me that it would be as good as new when he was finished. Repair was completed in less than 3 hours. Clean up was perfect. Everything looked really good. After the job was finished, Carl walked me thru the repair and fully explained what was completed. He then also told me that he has cleaned out all my gutters to ensure no future issues. Incredible!!! Attention to detail and pride in work just poured out of Carl. Totally Impressed with him! I would recommend and will use Thompson in the future. “I had a couple of shingles come off my roof from the last hurricane remnants that came through our area so I called the company that installed my roof in Oct. 2011. I called, left voice messages and even emailed them and no reply. Based on some online reviews, I called Complete Roofing on a Thursday morning and received a call from one of the owners, Paul Spradlin about an hour later. He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! He said the job was so small that there'd be no charge and to just remember him in the future for any of my roofing needs. You bet I will!
