I have a kitten who has seen five different vets, including going to a teaching hospital to be diagnosed. The kitten was diagnosed with a myriad of issues, but none of the vets thought the kitten might have a polyp and none of them listened when I said that I thought she might have one, or that she was built wrong because of her breeding (she is inbred as she was part of a large feral colony before being taken it). The first time we came was our first time taking our adopted dog to the vet. Due to Covid, we couldn't go in with our dog so I typed up a list of all the questions we had.
The staff that came out to get him were friendly and nice. The vet came out to our van window after the exam and was friendly and helpful. He used the list of questions I had typed out to make sure he answered every concern, was happy to explain things we didn't know, and even told us some nice things about how our dog had behaved during the exam.
We've used this clinic since for both of our dogs, highly recommend.
