Our club in West Huntsville is completely and totally welcoming and wonderful. Our instructors are the best and I have never felt as strong! You will get a good, thorough workout with proper breathing, rate of motion and good form!

I love everything about this location. I have had classes with all instructors and they are all very knowledgeable and skilled instructors. Each one add their own vibe/twist to their classes and that makes it more interesting. I enjoy every class. The facility is always clean and all staff members are friendly and welcoming.

The classes and instructors are wonderful. The equipment is the best! I had to stop my membership because the location was inconvenient for me and the class schedule wasn't the best with my work schedule so I didn't go often enough to justify the cost. I would have loved to continue otherwise. The cancellation process is harder than it needs to be but one cannot really complain because the information about that is provided up front to new members.
