We had a roof repair done less than a year ago and we havebeen asking Buis Roofing to come fix the repair, since it hasfailed. The technician has been saying that he is going to come makethe repair for over two months and has never come. Often givingus days that he was going to come and then going missing inaction. Mr. Buis does respond (sporadicly) to text messages, butseems to always have a problem when it comes to actuallycoming to make the repair. The disappointing thing about this, isthe fact that the Mr. Buis warranties his repairs, thus he is failingto hold up his end of the that business aspect. Due to hail and strong wind damage, Buis Roofing removed my entire roof and put on a new one.
They did an outstanding job! I'm so pleased! I asked a group of friends and got 3 recommendations from 6 different people. I looked the 3 up and contacted them. 2 of them (both very popular in Huntsville area) never called me back!
Buis' price was very reasonable. The sales guy, Kevin, was great. He even took my phone call after 6pm one evening when I had a question. Buis did some little things that impressed me: 1) painting the vents to match the color of my new roof; 2) Phenomenal job cleaning up.
