Angela was wonderful. She is kind, enthusiastic, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. After the body toning session she does a great job coaching me on setting goals for making progress. She offers techniques that help me overcome some of the mental and physical hurdels that one faces when working toward a better physical health. Two thumbs up. It's nice looking better and feeling better.

Definitely a salon and spa atmosphere. Ana is such a nice person and does hair there. Cute boutique is there too.Melanie (she's leaving soon unfortunately) is a massage therapist and also does facials and she is just so darned amazing. I really like her bedside manner. She tries to help you work on yourself outside of appointments too, like gives stretching tips for massages, and skin care tips for facials. I'll miss her!
