DO NOT GO TO AMERICAS BEST! Last year, i paid for 2 pairs of progressives (first time having progressives)...i returned to the store multiple times telling them my eyes weren't adjusting. They kept telling me it could take awhile. I went to an ophthalmologist yesterday and brought my glasses. They examined them and told me, America's Best never put in the progressive reading part and they reversed the lenses!!! I called corporate this morning and they said because it's been a little over a year, they'll do nothing!!!!! They never gave me the right Prescription from day 1!!!!!!! DO NOT GO...THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK, CUSTOMERS AND WILL NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES! Corporate ended up putting me on hold and then hung up on me. TERRIBLE

I received the best help I’ve ever had when buying glasses at America’s Best in Madisonville, Alabama. Katie was professional and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the best frames for my face shape. And she provided the information I needed to pick out the correct lenses for my needs. Thank you!

AMAZING!!! two most loving woman, Ms. Kate and Ms.Aimauri, did such amazing job helping me get my glasses fixed, it was a hand fool to get them fixed but they didn’t give up, they keep trying and trying, and they finally got them fixed ???? they were the most patience and helpful ladies i ever met and im very grateful to have come here today. and leaving with a smile and my face, truly amazing ladies.

Needed my glasses repaired after I stepped on them by accident. Katie Abernathy was extremely helpful and generous in fixing them for me which I appreciate greatly. She does a great job! 10/10 will recommend to others because of her.

The optometrist and the lady who helped check me out the day of my appointment were great! Friendly and actually listened to my concerns. The, GM (I cannot remember her name), I spoke with this morning was rude, didn't listen and continuously cut me off when I was trying to explain my contact situation. I was told by the GM (which blows my mind) that "95% of patients come in with glasses, so we assume you have back up when you don't have contacts." Had she ASKED me instead of assuming I could've told her I was not part of the 95% which is why I came to the eye doctor in the 1st place. You would think the GM would have a better attitude and want to help customers.
