We are new homeowners and bought a brand new house and we were so excited to start our live here. One year after moving in our floor in the kitchen started popping up and bended in a weird way. We called the warranty company and they sent someone to take a look at it. It took over 3 visits to determine that the floor was not salvageable and needed to be replaced but the floor they used at my house was discontinued. They were only able to find one box and they send a technician to fix it and when he got to my house and saw the amount of work he needed to do he told me was not going to be able to finish with the only box he had. Iron City Floors, or Atlanta West after they were purchased was used by Signature Homes as the flooring and tile contractor for my new build. They could not have done a worse job if they tried. 25% of my floor had to be replaced twice due to the poor installation and AW had to bring in their best crew from Atlanta to fix it. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They nailed and glued down a floating vinyl floor and left gaps all over the place from their sloppy work.
The tile work is even worse. One of my tile surrounds had to be re-done 4 times, and then the master shower and 2 other surrounds had to be redone twice because they did not waterproof...read full review
