Don’t recommend working as a housekeeper here at all. They advertise they pay 12.50 and have a 1500 sign on bonus it’s a complete lie. They have not even gave employees that’s worked for them 5+ years a raise they was making 12$ still! The place is not clean and I got a staff infection from an unmarked room. They leave needles in beds and on the floor. A co worker told me they got stuck by a needle doing their job and had to go to clinic to get tested! It’s ridiculous! And they expect you to stay over if bad weather and sleep in hospital beds for no extra pay like why would anyone do that. This hospital is a joke had to be here at 8 this morning for gallbladder surgery it's 11:30 and still ant took her back on top of that u got guys right out side the window running weedeaters and leaf blowers for hours I would not recommend this place for anything
To start off with I know that short staff can be an issue. Busy ERs can be an issue. NEITHER ONE OF THESE was the case. Wife fell off the back of a moving motorcycle resulting in road rash, bruises and possible broken bones. She wore a helmet that had obvious indicators of possible trauma to the head. That being said, I finally can see my wife after 30mins waiting in the almost empty waiting room. Mind you we arrived at the hospital the same time.
