Dr’s, PA’s, nurses are fantastic but new answering service is garbage. Since the transition to Brookwood Baptist as their first line answering service I cannot get ahold of anyone at the clinic. You’ve added another layer of inconvenience to an already difficult clinic to get ahold of. The web app is nice but if I can’t call and talk to the nurse or schedule an appointment I’ll go elsewhere. I forgot my eye glasses and the employee at desk helped me she was kind her name Savannah she also showed me what card to use I had a new card and didn't think I did!!!She deserves 5 stars. The lady in lab Hailey was great didn't hurt me at all and was super nice. Everyone there including Rhonda at desk have been great ?
