First time there last time there the place was dirty, and the guy that done my nails left bubbles in them. They were not straight, and I got nail polish all over my fingers. I told him twice that they were not straight, but he decided to file him down more. I did not have tips put on. They are my nails and now they look awful. Never again!!

Although she may have felt apprehensive, I did as well. It was my first and will be my last visit. The feeling of a fingernail file cutting at the cuticle is disagreeable. One mistake is manageable, but four different fingers is unacceptable. I was certainly disappointed!

I got both my hands and feet done 3 weeks ago and got home and saw a big glob of gel polish on my big toe and the very next day 3 of 8 rhinestones popped off my nails. After being there for over 3hrs and her correcting the crocked lines, I was done done. Over 5 people with the same service came and went before I was done. So I figured I would tell her about it the next time I went in. She started to raise her voice as she said several times that they had rules and and said I should have come back the next day after spending the afternoon there the previous day.
