We obtained multiple quotes and met with several encapsulation companies. Each company included unnecessary items in their estimates — except Ox. After having a very difficult experience with a termite company that attempted to address only the surface of a much larger issue, we decided to pursue the encapsulation process. In today’s economy, integrity matters, and Ox demonstrated professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. Sean and Christian came out and greatly improved the stability of our original hardwood floors. There was serious bounce before they came and now the floors feel and sound stable. I am highly satisfied with their service and professionalism.
