My experience with Daphne was wonderful! I needed some serious color correction after a botched job at an independent salon. I wanted to go from a strawberry blonde (lightened) with a lot of vibrant pink and purple highlights to a dark chocolate brown. Daphne was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my color and give me the results I wanted. Sue also gave me a super cute haircut that was exactly like the pictures I showed her. She was super friendly and easy to talk to as well! I will visit her again for sure!

Two before photos and an after. Tried going a pale blonde myself using products from a not specialized store, bad idea, turns out, there’s a difference between blonde and just yellow. Today I was recommended an extra bleach kit and purple toner and it paid off. When one lady wasn’t sure she could help me, she got another, and they both were excellent. I should have come here in the first place, and I still spent less than I would have if I got a stylist to do it. I am very happy!

I have been going to this place for years. I have never had one bad experience with the employees there. They are really hardworking, sweet, and treat customers with care and concern. Big shout out to Allison, she was able to help me find a product that I had forgotten the full name of. Also, the woman at the cashier with the cane was extremely kind, too. The only negative feedback is about the layout of the store which seems to change every 6 months I feel like, so if you haven’t been to this Ulta in the past year keep that in mind, but the people who work there have no issue helping you find the items you need. :))))))))))))
