They are the best! They flex as fast and as much as our needs do. The office staff have been great, very caring and patient as they handle all the facets of our caregiving needs. The caregivers have been so kind and willing to do what is needed, even in very difficult circumstances. Thank you, Synergy HomeCare for giving to a VERY difficult season of our lives not only the help we needed, but great kindness and patience, as well. We could not have managed these months without you guys!
Thomas Neely of Synergy is a pleasure to work with. He has played music for our residents and they love it. He diligently checks in with us to see if we need any services with Synergy. He does a personal introduction with his clients when they get a new caregiver. This can only make them feel better about a new person coming into their home. He is old school polite, writes thank you cards and follows up! If his caregivers emulate his integrity and character then you are sure to get a good one!
Very pleasant service. Staff was very helpful in keeping homeplace cleaned and assisted in making home easier to get around. Timing of using home care with other home health care worked well as part of recovery process after leaving hospital and major surgery.
