Don't like the area that this Salon is located in and if you go expect to wait to get your hair done. The customer service sucks. When you walk in they don't even acknowledge that you're there. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was told I had to wait on some more employees to get there before I could get my hair braided. I waited probably a couple of hours or so if not more before my braids were even started. It had gotten dark by the time I left. I also told the lady that I wanted shoulder length braids and that didn't happen. First impression is a lasting impression.

I enjoyed my experience at this shop! The young ladies that helped me were very helpful and nice. They were so gentle with my hair. I’m new to Huntsville and this shop has definitely won me over. Their work is neat and quick I was in the shop 4:49 minsService: Braids
