Nail artist definitely did not use gel, even thought that’s what I paid for, over lined my nails& they weren’t shaped correctly either. Also the artist randomly added glitter even thought I never asked for it. I tipped 20% bc I work in the service industry but it wasn’t worth It

The girls are so sweet, but the prices per set tend to change. They always say they could be like other places and up charge for everything but they do as well. I stopped getting tips and just do overlay because she ripped them off my fingers because she didn’t feel like soaking them off. My nail beds hurt for days. My overlay started separating the last time and she ripped the acrylic off without asking and when I asked her to soak them she declined. And charged me to repair nails and acted like she did me a favor because it wasn’t 5 but 2 for it. And my nail beds hurt again. It’s so disappointing… won’t be returning. We came in as a large group of 7 for gel mani and pedi. They seemed a little concerned on the phone because there were so many of us and only 2 of them, but they assured us it would be no problem. It took almost 2 hours and they didn't seem to rush our services, which is great. We all left satisfied!
