We had quite a few companies come out, and freedom was the only one that instilled confidence and from the beginning handled our project like they had equal stake in it, which seems to be quite rare to find anymore. Our project was not easy in it required special scheduling separated into stages to work around other projects so that it was all done in proper order to produce the best performance and protection. Freedom is also the only company we’ve worked with that seems to have ACTUAL project managers, not just a sales man called a Project Manager. Brian was our PM, and was fantastic. He was present on site almost the entire time, and stayed in constant communication. He had an eye for detail and had no issue calling out things to be fixed, on his own accord. They really took pride in the work and the results show it, and now our house truly stands out from the rest. It’s the little details that make it shine. Overall couldn’t be happier! They might not be the cheapest, but they aren’t the most expensive either, however I’d bet they produce the best results of anyone around.“

Their prices were very reasonable and much less than other window companies around. The quality of the windows are very, very good! “I made the call to have Thompson look at an issue that I was having with a small section of my roof. To my surprise, Jackson arrived just a few hours later to inspect and give free estimate. Job was quoted and scheduled within a week. Excellent response! The day of the repair, Carl arrived and was ready to knock it out. Listened to my issue and was very knowledgeable. He reassured me that it would be as good as new when he was finished. Repair was completed in less than 3 hours. Clean up was perfect. Everything looked really good. After the job was finished, Carl walked me thru the repair and fully explained what was completed. He then also told me that he has cleaned out all my gutters to ensure no future issues. Incredible!!! Attention to detail and pride in work just poured out of Carl. Totally Impressed with him! I would recommend and will use Thompson in the future.
