After being quoted by two well known roofing companies that I needed a new roof, Raymond was able to find the leak and fixed the problem. What he thought was initially the problem he later discovered was a short cut the builder had done to the roof and fixed that problem as well. Mr. Roop was hired to finish some renovations to several posts on my front porch, back patio, and shed. He did a great job despite several issues that made the job difficult and unique. He remained patient with changes I made mid-way through the job and made several trips to pick up materials needed. He was very polite and patient and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate me. He stayed within budget which was very reasonable.Service: General construction
Built a beautiful deck for our 1958 bungalow. Every old house comes with special surprises; Shamrock upgraded our old porch foundation and redesigned the existing structure to suit our needs, without charging extra for the additional work. We’re so pleased with the results!
