Great company to work for. I have been with the Roger’s group Alabama division for almost 13 years and I have grown tremendously as a person, husband and employee. Rogers Group has taught me the fundamentals of business, leadership and safety not only in the workplace but also in my personal life. I started with the company as a laborer/operator and have grown in the industry since then. Everything from placing aggregate materials and dirt work to laying asphalt and most recently supervising the lowboy department. I enjoy what I get to do and I’m surrounded by Amazing people on a daily basis. I take pride in working for one of the safest companies in the construction industry. Roger’s group has help mold me into the person I am today. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in building a career and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure themselves and everyone around them perform at a high level with safety always being the most important thing in mind.
