I recently had breast reduction surgery January 10, 2024.. My first consultation was the end of November and by the third week of December they had my insurance approval and surgery scheduled by January 10, 2024.. I didn’t have to do anything, they took care of everything.. To say I’m pleased with my post surgery results is an understatement.. My only complaint is that I didn’t do it sooner.. I’m 100% satisfied with the way they look.. I had no idea they would look this good.. The staff is awesome and has been very attentive to my needs.. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable.. I always check reviews before signing on with a physician, just to see other perspectives. But let me say, if you see anything derogatory about this office, please do not let it sway you. I have never had a better experience than I did today. My first time there, from the front door to the exit, I was treated with respect and kindness, patience and compassion. Seeking plastic surgery is often embarrassing but not with these guys. I’m a nurse and have been for over 30 years and have encountered many physicians and their staff. I went to see Dr Knowling for a consultation. His bedside manners, professionalism, and thoroughness made the decision easy to do the surgery. His nursing staff is kind, professional and available for any questions. I’m happy with my results and recommend Dr Knowing.
