Dr. Mailapur recently performed a removal for a small hernia in June 2026. I will say, he’s straight to the point. I’m satisfied with my service. He was recommended by my primary care physician Dr. Elisicia Jiles. He didn’t go with what the first scan laid out because my hernia was hidden, he recommended a second opinion. I went with it as well, I wanted to be sure before proceeding with a surgical procedure. I’m healing well. I appreciate a doctor who offers another option instead of mesh for hernia surgery.
