Not long after our new flooring was installed, pieces of the trim along the baseboards started breaking off and one of the LVP panels had a chip in it. I’ve called several times over the last couple months (first call was July 27, 2022) trying to get someone to come out and fix it, and usually I’m told someone else will call me back but they haven’t- not once. The transition strip (I think is what it’s called, the piece of wood where it transitions from the new LVP to the kitchen flooring) came off last month and sliced my son’s foot open. When I spoke to someone a couple weeks ago she said they would have someone out to look at it Thursday or Friday of that week and nobody ever showed up or called to schedule a time. When I called yesterday the owner talked over me for most of the conversation and then said they’d get back to me today so we’ll see but I’m not expecting to hear from them. They also left my house a mess when they left.
