If I could give Jim 10 stars I would. This is the first time I have had computer issues since I moved here. Trepidation filled me as I knew I was going to have to find someone trustworthy. I prayed and then got to work narrowing down people that sounded reliable. Jim was the first person I contacted and I am pleased to say he is a gem. I telework and so need my computer during that time. He worked around my schedule for 4 days. He texted each day to be sure I was online and it did get fixed.
