I arrived at 1700 for an 1800 appointment. They kept saying "It's a lowes load, it'll be quick. Maybe 1-2 hours"2 hours later, it's only 25% done. I'm not impressed. But apparently, the HD loads take way longer.The other reviewers aren't kidding. The people here don't understand the time constraints we live by. Even when I tried to explain the load is a 12 hour drive, and I will need a 10 hour break, making the trip a 22 hour transit. They just stared at me like deer in headlights.If you do come here. Kiss your hours goodbye.Good luck drivers.
Not bad at all. We are prepared to be there whole afternoon but we checked in and out fast and easy.The driver checked in and got a dock around noon for a 1500 appt. they start to load him right away. Checked out in 2 hour.
Guard was quick with check in and gave me easy to follow directions. Went inside waited about 15 minutes before I got attended , told what door to back into and got unloaded in 30 minutes. It was a weekend tho and I was the only one there so I guess I just got lucky lol.
