He gave us calm reassurance by telling us exactly what to do, how to do it, and even went above and beyond by handling some of the details himself which was not his responsibility yet he did it anyway. Also, Troy gave us a concise checklist on what records/receipts to keep for the upcoming tax year's deductions.
