I've been with Joe East for almost 4 years now and cannot say enough about their professionalism. This last technician went above and beyond and even helped my wife find her ring that fell into the vent. Thank you Joe East!
The service agreement I have with Joe East that calls for 2 visits a year is some of the best money I spend each year. The technicians catch a lot of issues before they become a catastrophic problem and are normally able to give me a heads up when it's time to replace a unit before it goes out. I've been a customer for 25 years now.
