JoAnn Perez makes estate planning easy! She is knowledgeable and experienced which means she answered so many questions for me, guiding me towards my best path. She used terminology I understood and had patience when I needed further explanation.She also worked tirelessly to help me resolve my brother’s estate when a poorly written will and joint ownership in real estate convoluted the process. JoAnn Perez comes from one of Huntsville’s most prestigious law firms. She has been in private practice for many years and has been very successful in her field. She is very knowledgeable and keeps current on new law in her field. When I decided that I wanted to replace my will with a trust I interviewed three attorneys before deciding on JoAnn Perez.
