Hands down one of the most professional musical stores I’ve ever visited l. Alex & Seth C. Are the go to guys they have a wealth of knowledge from beginners to professionals. This store sells top notch gear and will walk you through the process of getting you what you need . A lot of people and stores don’t take the time anymore to help you but these ppl are great start to finish. I highly recommend this store and their employees for any musical purchases or advice.They have help me up my game in the music world just with their wealth of knowledge. Huntsville store. Went to purchase a piece of equipment that showed "in stock", but was not. It was regular price too. Not a hot sale item or anything like that. There shouldn't be this much disconnect between the stores and the internet. The store and folks are fine. I always love going in to GC. The guy that helped me was nice. Please fix your website.

Im impressed with the customer service in Huntsville. The gear selection is decent, and prices have moderated somewhat. The store is also much cleaner than I've seen it in the past. Kudos to the team and management for the improvements.
