Do not book with this stylist. Scheduled a first time appointment with her and ran 5 minutes late. Went inside the salon and walked around the entire building looking for this her before being told that she was not in the building. Apparently she had not been in the building for hours. Called the number multiple times and received no answer. About five minutes later I received a NO SHOW notice on the booking app and lost the $45 deposit. One of the other young ladies in the building graciously did my hair instead. Unprofessional and unreliable. Booksy recommended I contact my bank to get a refund because the stylist refuses to answer the phone.
