My activity level was poor when I had my kids . Trying out F45 was challenging yet rewarding . The coaches were great in keeping up with my form . What is great is the workouts don’t put me at risk for injury like CrossFit did for me. They are open for modifications and will help if needed. Great atmosphere and everyone is very supportive ! I’ve lost 10lbs in a month.
Great gym, friendly and helpful instructors, clean facility. A great workout especially if you’re in a time crunch and want to work hard and efficiently for 45 minutes! Highly recommend!
F45 has been fantastic! It goes way beyond a standard gym membership. My workouts are all taken care of for me, I never have to worry about planning or switching my routines to work different muscle groups. The staff is certified and friendly. I've always felt welcome from day 1. I had an injury when I joined and they were able to work with me to tailor individual exercises to fit my needs. I've already seen and felt the results.
