First time with this doctor and she and office staff were great, did not wait long. She took time to explain my results clearly and what to expect with cataracts which will have to be addressed in a year.
I recently had to switch eye doctors because the mom/pop office I use to use went out of business. I remembered walking past the optical department in Target and thought, I’ll try it. Dr. Gilliand was great. Mello but professional. The lady at the desk was very kind and ran my insurance several times to get me the best deal. Great in store selection of glasses. Walked out with a couple samples/freebies. They’re definitely going to be my new eye place.
Cara doesn’t exceptional job of determining the root cause of issues. I struggle with astigmatism and her thorough approach to finding resolution for balancing the use of for contacts and glasses is above and beyond. She truly strives to understand the patients desires/needs of corrective lenses to best fit their lifestyle and goals.
