CarePlus (Huntsville) is a medical facility that provides a positive patient experience. The staff is described as courteous, friendly, and caring, with both the doctors and nurse practitioners demonstrating a genuine concern for their patients' well-being. The addition of an extra lab has significantly enhanced the level of convenience for patients. While there have been some issues with lengthy wait times in the past, the facility has made improvements in this area in recent years. Overall, CarePlus (Huntsville) is regarded as a competent and helpful medical provider that delivers good service to its patients.
Staff is courteous and friendly, always felt that both the Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and admin folks really care. With the addition of an additional lab to handle blood work, the level of convenience has dramatically increased!
These are no longer doc in the box places there is no doctor on duty. These are only nurse practitioners. Please be aware if you’re going for any kind of prescription that needs medical doctors approval. You are not going to find it at this facility I tried to get a simple prescription of Ambien for a flight out of the country so I could sleep, and there was no doctor on duty. The nurse practitioner did not feel comfortable, and would not even examine me to make sure I was in adequate health to receive a prescription I do not recommend this and I have been going here since 2000 but obviously things have changed.
Good doctors but if your sick or a walk in you will paid upfront then wait over an hour just to get called back then about 20 mins in the room after the nurse takes the vitals to see the dr for maybe 5 mins. But there is more you wait another 30 mins before you can gets your stuff to leave. This had all 8 plus visits. Only went here due to how close it was. Now got a new dr.
