I brought my cat in today and it was genuinely the best vet experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and understanding. My cats and I are very anxious creatures so I really appreciate the kindness and calmness of the environment. This will be our regular vet, thank you so much.
I’ve been to this clinic before, but today was my first time meeting Dr. Rawls and the Nurse/Assistant (Whatever the correct terminology is… I apologize) who helped her complete care of my cat Kiki. When I tell you these two women were amazing— I absolutely mean it. I have never felt so comfortable and at peace with a medical provider like this in my entire life. They handled my baby with so much care, addressed every concern I had all while going above and beyond for us. Don’t get me wrong, everyone in this clinic from front desk to the other Doctor/Nurse and in between have all just been so beyond pleasant. Another great experience with Dr Rawls. Lots of options. Everything she has done has worked. No hit and miss diagnosis trying expensive cures. Takes time to explain what's going on. Always feel like I can trust her for the best outcome at an economical price.
