Would not recommend this company for a residential lawn. The people are super nice but quality is not there. Contracted them to install an irrigation system and sod for a very small back yard. The sod was laid in February and of course was dormant. they didn’t level the soil so I had a low area that was a big puddle when it rained. They came back to fix that by throwing a bunch of sand on the sod! When warm weather and rains came, I had a yard of weeds. I contacted them and was promised they would take care of it. Unreliable, poor quality service. My contract is to cut my grass four times a month. Today is June 22nd. They have been here one time this month. My contract also requires them to maintain my bushes. I had to trim them myself because they failed to do their job. Because of their poor performance and reliability I terminated their contract.

I have been using AL Lawn Masters for over a year now, and I have had issues with the technician who provides our treatments. He shows up on his phone, and stays on his phone during the entire treatment process, and he does a half-a$$ job, which is why I continue to have crabgrass and other weeds. I have called and complained numerous times, only to be met with an unconcerned owner/manager. My neighbors, who all use other companies for their lawn service, have perfect yards. I am going to switch my service provider to TDI, who uses professional technicians and provide their customers with the services that they pay for.
