Sam and Lonnie are excellent troubleshooters, plus genuinely nice and smart guys. They saved me literally thousands of dollars when every other company tried to sell me a whole new hvac system, yet they were also respectful and gracious about the technicians who came before them. I recommend them without any reservations.
I cant say enough about how excellent this company is. Had several other big name companies come out and they couldn't diagnose the issue or tried selling me a new unit and then Air Degree came out. They quickly diagnosed the issue, helped with getting the warranty information and replaced the damaged parts. Don't waste your time with other companies call Air Degree first. Called them and they jumped right on it. My old unit was like a surgery procedure to get out. That’s how old it was,but Lonnie and his business partner did an awesome job and when they got done it looked very professional. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys you made me feel better about this upcoming winter.
