Called in the morning to have someone look at dryer. Sent a picture of serial number and they had Mason come out by lunchtime, with part in tow.
They were upfront about cost and fixed it in about 45 minutes.

Rick asked all the right questions to get a thorough analysis of the problem then was quick to get a technician out to me. Mason (tech) arrived in the scheduled window, then diagnosed and fixed my washing machine in under an hour. Saved me hundreds!!
Do yourself a favor and call A Plus Appliance first! Don’t fall for the guy with the most reviews, unless you like having to pay the right guy to fix the wrong guys mistakes. You’ve been warned.
I called A Plus this morning. The person I spoke with was very polite. He explained their service and diagnostic fees. I made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. The technician was right on time and repaired my washer and dryer in approximately an hour. He had to change the heating element in my dryer and re-calibrate my washer. They are both working great. The technician was polite and efficient. My bill was very reasonable. I am adding this company as a contact in my phone. Thank you A+!
