Urgent Care for Children - Hoover

EDIT: another day and another GREAT experience at this urgent care.

My daughter had a suspected ear infection and we were walk ins in the middle of the day. Front staff was so kind, and we were brought back promptly. The bedside manner of the doctor who saw us today (I wish I could remember her name) was out of this world. She had the best bedside manner of a doctor I’ve seen in a long time. This place was provided the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care center. Scheduling and check in was a breeze. The Dr. was very thorough with examining my child’s lungs, breathing, etc and was very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly, prompt and had wonderful bedside manner. It is further from my home but if I ever  again need to visit the urgent care I will happily make the drive!

Took my son here tonight it was super clean and the staff was super professional and sweet from the receptionist to the MA to the doctor. We had an all around great and informative visit. The doctor and MA were super patient with son as well and I greatly appreciated that!
