With reference to the Callahan Hoover Clinic, I receive excellent care from the Physicians and other Healthcare professionals, technicians, etc.However, the front desk staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Instructions I received directly from the physician for scheduling follow-up differed from his spoken instructions when I check out. The individual at the desk refused to listen to me and make the appointment at my desired interval, based on instructions I received. I ended up making the appointment when she thought I should have it, went home and called in to change it.
