I requested the services of total home inspection following a recommendation and I am so glad that I did! They are thorough and knowledgeable offering valuable professional insight into the health of your potential home. Dave does a great job of explaining what he finds so that you are able to understand both the issues, how important they may be to address, and how concerning they may be as you weigh the pros and cons of a potential purchase. I feel confident on my ability to make a more informed decision after receiving an inspection and well organized report from total home inspection.
