I contacted Terminix about insect control. They scheduled my appointment within a couple of days and came out and described everything they were going to do inside but more importantly outside of the house to keep the insects out. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’d like to recommend their services for anyone that has a need.
The technician, Gregory Jones, gives me an approximate time of his arrival by text, and is always on time. He does a thorough job, texts me when he's done and gives a complete report.The technician takes the time to say hello, and he has even met my dogs.Gregory Jones does a very fine job for Terminix.
I would highly recommend them! The technician was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable! He provided good service and information! The welcome team made sure they followed up by calling and checking to see how the services were going and if anything was needed at the time.
